Breathing & Relaxation
Stress can cause symptoms in our bodies as well as distress in our minds. We can learn techniques to help calm both our bodies and minds through focusing on the breath. These videos demonstrate two such tools, diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness meditation. Both are powerful relaxation tools that help ground us in the present moment.
