Senior EAP Counselor
Laurie Kovens is a Senior EAP Counselor with PAS. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, with over 15 years of experience in short-term, solution-focused counseling, primarily in health care and Employee Assistance settings.
Laurie holds a Masters of Social Work and a Masters in Creative Writing with a concentration in Narrative Health Care. Laurie provides counseling to individuals and couples. She works with teams and organizations to manage change and stress, to identify strengths and help people and their organizations to thrive. Laurie is also a writer and Narrative Health Facilitator, supporting individuals and groups seeking to engage in reading, writing, and creative expression as a form of healing and wellbeing.
