Director, Duke Personal Assistance Service

Nichole has been a vital member of the PAS Team since January April 2018. She provides executive oversight of PAS, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive approach to employee assistance services. Nichole also offers direct services in Behavioral Mental Health, Education and Outreach. Her areas of expertise include Employee Assistance, Solution-Focused counseling, management consultation regarding distressed/impaired employees, Worksite Wellness, Physician Wellness, and Coaching.
