Senior EAP Counselor

I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician, born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from North Carolina State University. I have a diverse background in mental health and crisis intervention. Before joining PAS, I worked as a mental health counselor for an international Employee Assistance Program (EAP) agency, where I provided critical support to individuals facing personal and work-related challenges. I also gained valuable experience as a crisis intervention counselor at a local domestic violence and sexual assault agency, as well as a crisis and grief counselor at the NC State Veterinary Hospital, where I supported individuals coping with the loss of their beloved pets.

I take an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to the unique needs of each client. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients achieve lasting growth and healing. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.
