Couples relationships can be so important and rewarding, yet so difficult when they get off-track. It is not uncommon that what begins as an exhilarating experience for the couple quickly dissolves into discord. Many of the couples' arguments or "disconnects" recur over and over and never quite get resolved only to resurface. Couples often get lost in the process of trying to sort out their differences. They do their best to apply logic to their problems with their partners, but it rarely resolves the issue. Common relationship issues include:
- Recurrent arguments
- Disagreements about money, in-laws, parenting
- Feeling disconnected
- Infidelity
- A lack of intimacy
- Separation & divorce
PAS Can Help
PAS offers short term counseling to couples. If your counselor believes you need longer term services, they will assist with referral names in Duke’s insurance network.
