The winter holiday season can be a busy, stressful, and isolating time for many. Personal Assistance Service (PAS) invites you to join us for monthly 1-hour "Reflect and Connect" sessions.  We will use guided reflection and writing prompts as a means of reducing stress and creating a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others.

Join us to de-stress and recharge, nurture empathy, and to cultivate empathy and a sense of meaning.

Writing exercises are for the sole use and benefit of participants, who are not required to share anything they write.
